The Rosé wines from Domaines Ott
Three terroirs, three wines, one shared light: the 2025 rosé wines from Domaines Ott express a multifaceted Provençal identity, nuanced and luminous, united by the same uncompromising winemaking ethos.
Founded 130 years ago by Marcel Ott, Domaines Ott⋆ have continually shaped their story through a close dialogue with their Mediterranean environment, its landscapes, soils and light. From Château de Selle, to Clos Mireille, followed by Château Romassan in 1956, the family has patiently crafted a singular vision of rosé wines, rooted in three terroirs, two appellations, and a shared pursuit of authenticity.
With this new vintage, the rosé wines of Château de Selle, Clos Mireille and Château Romassan, assert their own distinctive personalities, not through rupture but through an ever-deepening expression of style, refined year after year.
All are born of a vintage marked by strong climatic contrasts, with an exceptionally wet winter and spring followed by a very hot, dry summer. Early harvests required constant vigilance but ultimately yielded wines that combine freshness, tension and aromatic expression.
Across these three rosé wines, a shared artisanal approach to viticulture emerges – grounded in patience, respect for the soils, and the pursuit of an authentic expression of terroir – now naturally extended through organic certification, officially in place since the 2022 vintage.
