Where to find it : in La Londe, bordering the sea, not far from Fort de Brégançon in the Côtes de Provence Appellation.
Area : 170 hectares, including 47 devoted to wine production.
History : the land, entirely remodelled and replanted in the 1930s, makes up this distinctive wine-growing location blessed with seaside schist and a micro-climate imbued with seaspray. The site also boasts an 18th-c. country house and palm trees set in an unforgettable landscape.
Grape varieties : Sémillon, Ugni Blanc and Rolle.
Production : two hearty whites with hints of iodine.
